New Mission chamber board installed
Three new directors joined the Mission Regional Chamber of Commerce during the organization's annual general meeting last Thursday.
Pam Alexis, Trevor Girars and Vicki Gould were acclaimed for a two-year term. They will serve alongside Elyssa Lockhart (president), Sean Melia (vice-president), Tony Lapointe (treasurer).
While outgoing president Cal Crawford noted the year’s success in his report to the members, Lockhart spoke to building on the advocacy work the chamber has achieved in being the voice of business in Mission.
District of Mission Mayor Ted Adlem inducted the new directors and executive at the meeting, held at the Best Western.
