Free Halloween event at Leisure Centre

A free children's Halloween celebration happens Oct. 31 at the Leisure Centre.

Hosted by the Mission Early Childhood Development Committee and Mission parks and recreation, the event runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is for kids up to six years old.

Enjoy doing some Halloween crafts, jump in a bouncy castle, get your face painted, play games, read a story and frolic in a mat and toy area. Everyone is encouraged to wear costumes to get into the spirit of the day. Ask questions and pick up child development information at one of the many community tables. Learn what is available in our community for children and families.
