Hatzic elementary’s Isabella and Windebank’s Matthew were selected as Fire Chiefs for a Day last month. The Grade 1 students received a ride to school in a fire truck and enjoyed a pizza lunch with their class. Isabella and Matthew were presented with a backpack and a certificate by Fire Chief Ian Fitzpatrick and Mayor Ted Adlem at a recent council meeting.
