Top: The Mission Minor A1 Stars adopted a family through the Christmas Bureau and raised about $2,000 to purchase food and gifts for a Mission family of seven. Above: A residence near the Mission Golf and Country Club at 7883 Nelson St. has decorated their front yard with a 10,000-light display set to music. This is the fifth time the family has done this, and they accept donations of food and unwrapped toys that will be given to the Christmas Bureau. The lights are on from 5:30 until 10 p.m. nightly.
