Organization breaks 100,000 blankets donated mark

Blanket BC has collected more than 100,000 blankets. The milestone was recently reached through campaigns like Drive on the Line and Hike for the Homeless events.

All donations are distributed to organizations that help people in need, including the homeless.

Blanket BC was founded seven years ago by Gregory Ould, who was moved into action when someone said to him, "I could use a blanket to survive the night."

The organization is now run by a group of volunteer directors. If you would like to volunteer with Blanket BC or made a donation, contact Gregory Ould at 778-242-9940 or e-mail gregory.ould@blanketbc.org.
