Clean-up fundraiser deadline extended

The Mission Adopt-A-Block Society coordinates an annual fundraising opportunity for non-profits in the District of Mission.

The Mission Adopt-A-Block Society has officially extended the deadline for its Fall Clean-Up Fundraising event to July 30.

The society coordinates an annual fundraising opportunity for non-profits in the District of Mission to raise up to $400 by participating in a district-wide litter clean-up event.

“The annual Adopt-A-Block Clean-Up events are a great way for local organizations to receive financial support from the district while contributing to community-wide efforts to see Mission litter-free,” said Sophie Thomas, program co-ordinator.
