A new free service provided by professional photographers is launching Jan. 28 at the 14th Avenue Pub.
Clicks4Cancer.ca is a 44-person strong group who dedicate time to photograph cancer patients, regardless of their treatment level, and their immediate families.
The launch celebration starts at 7 p.m. and is a burger and brew, with a 50/50 draw, door and raffle prizes. Admission is $15, while raffle tickets are $2 each, or 10 for $15.
Funds raised at the Saturday event will be put towards marketing material for hospitals, cancer centres and doctors' offices to bring awareness.
