Celebrate Earth Day with the Mission Adopt-A-Block Society, April 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
In honour of Earth Day 2012, they are teaming up with the Fraser Valley Conservancy, the Fraser Valley Watersheds Coalition, and the District of Mission to restore a section of Windebank Creek.
Meet at 32540 Logan Ave. to help with clean-up, and planting new vegetation. All the equipment will be provided, along with coffee and treats.
