An up and coming competitive barbecuer will be sharing some tips and advice on how to prepare succulent meat treats Saturday afternoon at Centennial Park.
Kevin Phenix from Sasquatch BBQ, will be welcoming barbecue fans at 2 p.m. and will be in place at the Grand Street entrance of the park. Bring a lawn chair.
