Experience Ukrainian culture through its food and dance tomorrow night.
Canada World Youth (CWY) has organized the Feb. 18 event, slated to run at All Saints Anglican Church. Doors open at 6 and dinner is at 7 p.m.
Tickets will be $15, $8 for kids three to 12 and no charge for children under three years old. All proceeds benefit the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS) and tickets are available at the Mission CCS office (33079B First Ave.) or Murdoch’s Book Shoppe.
The CWY is an international non-profit organization dedicated to providing youth, ages 15-29, with an opportunity to learn about other communities, cultures and people while developing leadership and communications skills.
The team consists of 17 Canadian and Ukrainian youth they spent three months in Ukraine, and are now spending three months in Mission.
