It is time for a little rock and roll in Fraser River Heritage Park.

On Friday, July 28, the Envision Financial Twilight Concerts presents Speed Control, all the way from northern Canada.

Branded as “real rock,” Speed Control takes control of the stage with a power that will make you jump up and dance.

An audience member said it best: “Speed Control isn’t just a rock band; it is a full-on show!”

Speed Control is vibrant onstage energy filled with smart humour, emotion and spirit. If you are three or 93, you are going to love this affable group of musicians.

Straight out of -40 degrees in Canada’s Yukon, Graeme Peters, brother Jody Peters, and Ian March formed the power trio Speed Control. The three members all come from jazz and classical backgrounds, turning to their true love – rock ’n roll.

August kicks off with the Boom Chix on Wednesday, Aug. 2. Featuring the lead and harmony vocals of Jessie, Barb and Janice, Boomchix delivers a unique mix of original songs and covers.
