The Nylons’ farewell tour will stop in Mission at the Clarke Theatre on Nov. 2.

After more than 35 years circling the globe, The Nylons have decided to close the touring chapter of their illustrious career.

The group will embark on a series of farewell shows, including at Clarke Theatre in Mission, to say goodbye to their dedicated fans who embraced and supported the group over the years.

Founding member Claude Morrison said, “We are looking forward to the upcoming Farewell Show in Mission on Nov. 2 … We are going to make the most of it. It will be a celebration and we will go out with a bang. The show will be an expression of our gratitude, to both the music and our Mission fans.

“Although we are coming off the road, the group is not disbanding and we will continue to work on special music projects. We will be doing farewell Shows in Canada and the U.S. through the end of 2016 and to Holland and Belgium early 2017.”

The show takes place Nov. 2 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster locations.
