Back to Health ... For Good happens Jan. 12

Learn more about health services provided in Mission during the municipality's third annual Back to Health … For Good fair, Jan. 12.

Olympic bronze medallist Brent Hayden is the keynote speaker for the event, which takes place at the Leisure Centre from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Blackberry Kitchen's Chef Kerry Martin is hosting a healthy cooking demonstration, a free flu clinic is being put on by Mission Public Health, and there will be free swimming, fitness classes and weight room access offered during the function. Also get information about the 2014 BC Winter Games, learn about car seat safety and try speed skating.
