This weekend marks the fifth anniversary of Mission teen who disappeared.

Jeffrey Surtel was last seen April 29, 2007 departing his home wearing dark-coloured jeans, a navy-coloured T-shirt and blue hooded sweatshirt.

He may have been riding a distinctive blue CCM mountain bike with yellow front forks at the time of his disappearance.

When he vanished, Surtel about 6'1" tall, and weighed approximately 150 pounds, with medium-length brown hair, brown eyes, no facial hair and he wore glasses.

Police have tracked down several leads and possible sightings over the years, but to no avail.
