"Mission RCMP are working hard to reduce property crime in the area" said Staff Sgt. Rob Dixon. "This arrest was an excellent example of the many successes we have had this year by targeting repeat offenders."
Morris is facing several additional charges as a result of this incident, including possession of stolen property. theft, flight from police and breach of undertaking. He was remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
