PROFILE: Carol Hamilton, trustee
I have lived in Mission since 1975. I have two grown children and two grandsons.
I have been working in banking for 30 years in Mission, 20 years with the TD Bank and the last 10 years with Envision Financial currently as branch manager. I believe my banking career and management experience positions me well for the role of school trustee.
I am seeking my third term as school trustee. I have served four years as board chair and two years as vice-chair.
My passion is kids and education and I will continue to be a voice and an advocate for every student in Mission to the best of my ability with the limitations we are faced with.
I bring experience, commitment and I have the time required to be an effective school trustee.
I am a voice of reason and I am strategic in my thinking before making a decision.
