A police dog was called in Tuesday night to track a group of men Mounties have now charged.
A Deroche resident called Mission RCMP Aug. 14 in the early morning and reported suspicious males outside a residence. When police arrived, the dark-clothed men fled.
One man was found hiding in nearby bushes, while the remaining three were found a short distance away. All were arrested.
Police located evidence of an attempted break-in at the home.
Marshal Taj, 26, and Fahad Mohammad, 29, both from North Vancouver, Coquitlam’s Marcus Cardoso, 21, and Justin Porter, 24, from Mission all face with break and enter, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and trespass by night charges.
