Remembrance Day service in Mission

There will be a parade, service and wreath ceremony on Saturday

After a service at the Clarke Theatre, a wreath laying ceremony will take place at the Legion Branch #57 (32627 Logan Ave.).

Remember those who have served and fallen in service of Canada. Join us on November 11 for Mission’s Remembrance Day Ceremony, organized by the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #57.

Here is the schedule:

10 a.m. – The parade will form up at the Ecole des Deaux Rives on Stave Lake Street.

10:15 a.m. – Parade marches off.

10:40 a.m. – Service of Remembrance begins in the Clarke Theatre with Last Post, silence, reveille.

Following the service, a wreath laying ceremony will take place at the Legion Branch #57 (32627 Logan Ave.). Everyone is invited to the branch for a social gathering in the lounge after the ceremonies.
