Bill passed away February 16, 2007 at Mission Memorial Hospital at the age of 70. Bill was preÂdeceased by daughter Monica T. Williams, son Billy Williams, Âsister Amanda Pennier, sister Edith Point, and grandson Eddie Dale Julian II. Bill is survived by his loving wife Laura, sister Mary Emery, sons Joe (Zelda), and Clarence, daughter Coreena (Greg), grandchildren Dawn, Andrew, Dustin, Leanne, Johanna, Kacie, Simon, Darrel and 10 great grandÂchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
