DUFFY Cecelia Kathryn. Daughter, Sister & Friend. Age 12 of Mission, BC. On August 22, 2012, our Cecelia left this world to be with God in Heaven. Cecelia was a sweet and loving child with many simple interests. She loved her family, her friends, and her animals. Cecelia was an amazing daughter, sister, and friend and was an inspiration to all of us as she lived her short life with Grace, Love and Dignity. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten. Cecelia was born in St. Paul on December 22, 1999 and lived in White Bear Lake until moving to Mission, BC near Vancouver at the end of 2010. Preceded in death by her great-grandparents. Survived by her father and mother, Charlie and Kimberly (nee Gates) Duffy; brother and sister, Connor and Courtney Duffy; grandparents, Dave (Kathy) Gates and Dennis (Mary Ann) Duffy; 28 aunts, uncles, cousins; and by many friends. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Saint Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4741 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake. Visitation will be from 3-8 PM Friday at Mueller Lake Mortuary, 4738 Bald Eagle Ave, and 1 hour prior to the time of the Mass at the church on Saturday. Interment Saint Mary of the Lake Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Cecelia’s fund with CureSearch for Children’s Cancer.
