NOTLAND, CONRAD "BUD" JULIAN
Conrad "Bud" Julian Notland graduated from this life to be with the Lord on November 9, 2008 . Born on April 16, 1928 in Morrin Alberta to parents Theodore and Cecilia Notland. Bud is predeceased by his parents; brothers Alf, Magne and Stanley, and a baby sister Dorothy. He is survived by his loving wife Hannah (Nee Schmidt) of over 57 years; by two daughters Cheryl Meenach (Dave) of Yakima WA and Janice Notland (Alan) of Nelson, BC. Also surviving are two older sisters Myrtle Osmond (Doug) of Bowden, AB, Kitty Roman of Calgary, AB, a younger brother Clayton (Diane) of Calgary and numerous nieces and nephews. Bud's working career included the Alberta Wheat Pool in Calgary, Gulf Oil Corp in Calgary and Montreal, Cottman Transmission Franchises in Saskatoon and Red Deer, Realty in Red Deer & Boise, Idaho, construction of 31 senior's units (Sequestra Dev.) in Abbotsford, and Business Administrator of Western Pentecostal Bible College, Abbotsford. He loved the Lord and wanted his family involved in church activities. Bud was always very active in his church, serving on various boards, playing the organ, ushering and many other church functions. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 14 at 2:00 p.m. in Sevenoaks Alliance Church 2575 Gladwin Road, Abbotsford. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Ambrose University College, Calgary, AB.
