BERNE, ERNEST 1932 - 2009
A longtime resident of Mission, BC passed away peacefully at Sherwood Crescent Manor in Abbotsford on June 29, 2009 at the age of 77 years. Throughout his life he had worked in Whitehorse, Alaska, Cassiar, Grand Duke, Yukon and all the way to the east coast as a heavy duty mechanic. He finally settled in Mission. A graveside service will be held at the Hatzic Cemetery, Mission at 2:00 pm, Friday, July 10, 2009.
