TEICHGRAEF, Heinz
Heinz Teichgraef went to be with the Lord on May 16, 2009 at Abbotsford, BC at age 81 years. He was born August 11, 1927 in Sharapov, Russia, immigrating to the Chaco, Paraguay in 1930. He committed his life to Christ, then married Frieda (Toews), his wife of 59 years. They immigrated to Canada in 1958.
His life career was in bookkeeping, building his own private accounting firm where the family lived in Williams Lake, BC and helped start Cariboo Bethel Church.They retired to Abbotsford in 1990 and co-planted Mountain Park Church.
Heinz is survived by his loving wife Frieda; sons Erwin and Harold, daughters: Edi (Rick) Bergmann and Nancy; grandchildren: Ben DeVries, Matthew, Ashley and Kari Bergmann; sister Mary Loewen as well as many in-laws, nieces & nephews.
The family would like to extend a very special thanks to the staff of Menno Home for the wonderful care he received.
Funeral service will be held on
Sunday, May 24, 2009 at 3:00 pm at Mountain Park Community Church, 36228 Lower Sumas Mtn. Rd.
