John Harold Mendes
John Harold Mendes, 93, died peacefully surrounded by his family, on the first of July, 2017 at Mission Memorial Hospital. He leaves behind his wife Rita (Hall), six children, ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and one brother. He is predeceased by his first wife Bettina (Collis), two sons, James and Andrew and three daughters; Fiona, Mary and Dianna-May and his brother Dennis. John had a life well lived, and he will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph's Church in Mission on the 8th of July, at 10:00 am, with interment to follow. Prayers on Friday the 7th at 7:00 pm.
