Jordan John Wesley Scofield passed away on August 12, 2006 at Ridge Meadows Hospital. He will be lovingly remembered and missed by his mom and dad, Leanne Bullock and Jay Scofield; grandparents Sharon Hedrick, Gerry Bullock and Greg and Charleen Scofield; great grandparents Doris Scofield, Mike Wall, Ann Wade and Tina Bullock; his auntie Tanya and uncles Gary and Wade; cousins Jesse and Britney as well as many great aunties and uncles.
