Luella (Vandenberg) Straiton
1940 ~ 2017
It is with loads of tears that we announce the sudden passing of Luella Straiton (nee Litke) on May 15, 2017 at A.R.H. She has left us to join her husband Art, beloved son Richard and granddaughter Kimberly. Luella made her family a priority with lots of love. We all share memories of her many family gatherings. Though she always made too much food it was the best. Her smile and kindness will be forever cherished. Luella is survived by her sisters; Selma, Maggie, Florence and brother Gerry, also daughters; Patty, Val and son Gerrit, four stepchildren Chris, Valerie, Linda and Doug, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Luella we all love you and miss you dearly.
There will be no service as per her request. In lieu of flowers, Luella loved to garden, so please plant a tree in her honor and enjoy watching it grow as she did us, or donate to alivingtribute.ca and they will plant a memory tree for you.
