Peggy passed away into the loving presence of her Saviour on July 30th at the Mountain Lake Seniors Home in Nelson, with her daughter Rivkah and son Paul by her side. She joined her dearly departed loved ones; Glenn Stoliker, son Stan, and her parents Will and Vie. Peggy had many interests in her zest for life, poetry and song writing, flower growing and arranging and other creative endeavors, hospitality, inviting the neighborhood children to play in her "park", hiking, swimming, canoeing, reading, and much more. Peggy will be lovingly remembered by Rivkah (formerly Cheryl), Paul (wife Nola) and Kathleen (husband Syd McCune), grandchildren; Avia, Rosanna (husband Bryce Martens), Lucille (husband Nathan Shankland), Colin, Jack and Karl, her 3 siblings; Tony (wife Nora), Rosalie, and Stanley (wife Louisa) as well as many other relatives and friends. Peggy was also blessed with two great grandchildren Emma Harvey (adopted by Shawn and Keri Harvey) and Austin Alexander Shankland. A Celebration of Life will be held in Chilliwack on the last weekend of September.
