Richard Engel
September 25, 1931 - May 19, 2008
It is with rejoicing and sadness that we announce the homegoing of Richard to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
Richard is survived by his wife, Ruby and by his son Mark & Marlene Engel, daughter Jill & Manley Fredlund, daughter Jane Dagneau-all of Salmon Arm-and daughter Lisa & Paul Gould of Ft. St. John as well as 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Viewing will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 22nd at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Road, Abbotsford, BC.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 23rd at Abbotsford Baptist Church, 33651 Busby Street, Abbotsford, BC. A light lunch will follow in the lower auditorium.
In lieu of flowers, donations made in his memory to the Missions Fund of the Abbotsford Baptist Church will be appreciated.
