LEE
Rosa, nee Baumann passed away peacefully on March 16, 2008 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by her husband Hans and her daughter Susie.
She is survived by her loving family: daughters Anne Wandfluh (Ted), Trudy Coles (Bud), and Margrit Spencer (Ron), sons Hans Lee (Laraine), and Rolf Lee (Bobbi), son-in-law Rudy Mani, 15 grandchildren and their partners, 28 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Lydia and Trudi, her brother-in-law Eugene (Heidi) and many nieces and nephews in Switzerland.
Rosa was born in St. Gallen, Switzerland on January 13, 1911. She married Hans on May 19, 1936. They lived in Kreuzlingen and Glattfelden, moved to Canada in 1956 and retired to Ladner where they lived until Hans' passing in 1980. Rosa then moved to Abbotsford where she lived the remainder of her life.
Her funeral mass with be held at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 33333 Mayfair Avenue, Abbotsford on Friday, March 28 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Rosa's memory.
