The Westwood Motorcycle Racing Club (WMRC) starts its season this weekend with a double-header of competitions May 19-20.
The club makes its home at Mission Raceway Park on the River’s Edge road course, and there are several classes of racing ranging from vintage to superbikes.
The paddocks are open to all ages, and admission is $10 per person, with children 12 and under free. Gates are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the races run rain or shine.
Spectators enjoy an excellent view of the action with grandstands located at the most exciting corners, close to the pits and other facilities.
