VIDEO: Cycling4Diversity event wraps up in Mission

Free food, prizes and guest speakers conclude event at Mission Leisure Centre

The annual Cycling4Diversity event wrapped up in Mission on Friday after another successful edition.

The ride also made stops in Surrey, Burnaby, New Westminster and several stops in the Fraser Valley.

The finale featured several guest speakers including Kal Dosanjh of the Vancouver Police, Mike Bismeyer who will speak on behalf of United Against Bullying and Kristine Heinrichs who recently placed coloured rice bags on Abbotsford driveways in an attempt to counteract recent KKK activities – but the main speaker was former white supremacist Tony McAleer.
