Fatburger and Buffalo's Express will be opening in Mission May 14.
Located in the SmartCentre shopping centre at the corner of Lougheed Highway and Wren Street, the 1,900-square-foot restaurant will employ approximately 25 people and is the chain's 17th location in British Columbia.
As the newest installment of the franchise, which first started business in 1952 in Los Angeles, Calif., the restaurant will feature decor that blends mid-century burger joint kitsch with up-to-date technology, including a sound system and series of flat screen TVs.
The menu features hamburgers, chicken wings and tenders, chicken sandwiches, breakfast options and more, plus a Marble Slab Creamery counter.
