Two Abbotsford IT companies have announced that they have merged businesses.

Clearbridge Business Solutions and unetworks are now operating under the name Clearbridge Business Solutions, effective as of October 2020. The news of the merger was released to customers and the public on Nov. 30.

“What was most exciting to us about the opportunity to bring these two great companies together was the technology stack that Clearbridge is now going to be able to deliver to all of our customers today, tomorrow, and in the future,” said Ryan Kononoff, founder and CEO at Clearbridge Business Solutions.

“We’re excited with the service offering this allows us to bring to our customers in Abbotsford and beyond.”

Dan Buhler, founder of unetworks, said the merger puts them “in a great position to be able to build on all of the new capabilities and needs that are coming.”

“The world hasn’t slowed down for us all in the IT world, and the capabilities of what software can do and the things that we need to accomplish have only been growing,” he said.

Clearbridge has been serving small and medium-sized businesses in the Fraser Valley, Greater Vancouver area, and internationally for over a decade with IT support, IT security, and IT strategy services.

Unetworks serves Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Surrey with managed IT Services, computer support, and technology consulting.
