The Mission Arts Council’s 21st annual Children’s Festival takes place on Sunday, June 11 at Fraser River Heritage Park starting at 10 a.m. This year’s event, once again, has a circus theme and features performances by the Triumph Acrobatic Circus School.

Mission Arts Council’s annual Children’s Festival is set for June 11 at Fraser River Heritage Park

This year the Mission Arts Council’s 21st annual Children’s Festival is set for June 11 at Fraser River Heritage Park.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and admission is free while parking is by donation (minimum $2 per vehicle).

For the second year in a row, the theme of the event is “The Circus” and the Triumph Acrobatic Circus School will be on hand to entertain both young and old.

Other entertainment at the festival includes the Fraser Valley Magic Circle, Fusion Horse Vaulters, interactive arts and crafts, a petting zoo, and roving entertainers.

This is a rain-or-shine event.

There will be food trucks on location, but the public is welcome to bring a picnic lunch.
