Mission library is hosting a number of fun programs aimed at all ages.

Fabulous fiction

It’s winter, it’s cold, it’s time for you to stay at home and cozy up with a good book. The Fraser Valley Regional Library will host Fabulous Fiction Finds, a winter reading club for adults, from Feb. 1 to April 1. Pick up and complete your entry ballot available at the library to recommend your favourite book and get a chance to win one of two Sony 4GB MP3 players.

Baby Time

An interactive storytime with books, songs, rhymes and more for babies up to 23 months and their parents or caregivers. The events run 10:30 to 11 a.m.

English practice group

Practise your English and make new friends every Wednesday from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m.

Family Storytime

Fun for all ages and stages!

Drop into the library for stories, songs, puppets and more. Storytimes run every Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. until March 3.

Learn English

Are you an adult wanting to learn and practise speaking English? Do you want to meet new friends? Practise English with the English Conversation Group on Wednesday mornings from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. at the library. Everyone is welcome.

International Knitting Club

Join up for knitting, conversation and fun every Wednesday from noon to 1:30 pm. Experience is not necessary.

Love to read? Love to chat? Mission Library invites you to meet with other lovers of literature at the new Mission Book Club at 7 p.m. Jan. 10. Refreshments provided.
