DBA handing out candy on Halloween

A full slate of events and activities are being held in the downtown core Oct. 31.

Members of the Mission Downtown Business Association will be handing out candy to the little ghouls and ghosts on Halloween from noon until 6 p.m.

A pumpkin carving contest happens at Dawg Gone Good on First Avenue, while  haunted houses will be staged at the Mission Museum on Second Avenue and Grab-A-Java Roasterie, located at the corner of Second Avenue and Murray Street.

A movie screen and bouncy castle will be at All Saints Anglican Church.
