The third annual Morris Rocks the Canyon Elvis Memorial Ride takes place this Sunday, Aug. 14.
All motorcycles, “rock n’ roll cars” and smart cars are invited for the ride departing from Mission Springs Brewing Company at 9:30 a.m.
They’ll ride east on Lougheed Highway to the Log Cabin Pub at Spences Bridge, roughly 225 kilometres away.
Afterwards, the group will ride back to Mission Springs for a rock n’ roll show n’ shine with a 50/50 draw, T-shirts and prizes.
The $35 entry fee is part of a fundraiser for the Scared Straight Youth at Risk program.
