You can experience the thrill of virtual reality at the Mission Library.
Virtual reality is an immersive computer-generated, three-dimensional interactive environment. Wearing the goggles, headphones and holding motion controllers, participants will be able to move freely around a 10-by-10-foot space and try out a mix of virtual games as well as educational experiences.
Register online or drop in the day of the event for your chance to play.
The program is intended for people age 10 and over, and participants must be at least four feet tall. The virtual reality launch takes place on Friday, Jan. 26 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
