Humane society hosts fundraiser March 17

The local humane society's burger and brew happens at 14th Avenue Pub

The Fraser Valley Humane Society will be holding a burger and brew fundraiser Saturday, March 17 at 6 p.m. at the 14th Avenue Pub.

Tickets are $15.50 and proceeds go toward maintaining the only shelter in Mission that cares for and adopts cats.

The FVHS, located at 33103 North Railway Ave., is a non-profit organization which relies on donations from the general public to continue this important service in the community.
