Communities in Bloom is organizing a two-day B.C. Day celebration Aug. 4-5.
People are encouraged to tour 10 sites around the community on the first day and enter to win a $250 shopping spree at Fraser Valley Building Supplies. On Aug. 5, there will be an event at Spirit Square by the Jack Poole Harbourside Park from 12 to 4 p.m. There will be activities for the family, including a mini Farmers Market.
