The annual Live Nativity and Christmas Carols took place on Sunday at Carrington House.

Members of the Mission Donkey and Mule Club, their family and friends all come together to present the scene featuring angels, shepherds, wise men and, of course, Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus.

An assortment of animals, including sheep and a donkey add realism to the scene. During the event, the Christmas story was read, interspersed with carols.

After the event, several seniors came out to pet the animals.

The event is organized by Nancy Mawson and Trudy Leishman.
