A fundraiser is being held Aug. 24 to help the British Columbia team, which includes a Mission driver, attend the National Truck Driving Championships, coming up in September in Abbotsford.
Tickets are $20 and includes a burger, fries, sleeve of beer or coffee, tea, or a soft drink.
The event is being held at Langley's Jimy Mac's Pub. There will be door prizes and 50/50 draws.
