Exhibits change every three weeks at local gallery

The works of Jack Prasad is on display at the Mission Arts Council gallery until March 8.

Prasad is a self taught artist who began working with pen and ink, and has extended his medium to watercolours, acrylics, and now fluorescents.

Prasad is the mastermind behind The Lumiere Noire Collection.

From March 11 to March 29, works from members of the Mission Artists Association will be featured at the gallery. The opening reception will be held on March 15 from 1 to 4 p.m.

The gallery is located at 33529 First Ave. Gallery hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 1 to 4 p.m. For more information about the Mission Arts Council, call 604-826-0029.
