The Vaisakhi Mela 2022 celebration is set to take place in Mission on April 8.
Presented by the Mission Punj-Aab Culture Club, the event will be held at the Clarke Foundation Theatre (33770 Prentis Ave.) in Mission from 6-9 p.m., with doors opening at 5 p.m.
The event is not just a celebration, but also a fundraiser for a CT scanner for Mission Memorial Hospital. All the proceeds go toward the CT scanner project.
The evening promises to be an entertaining event with several famous singers set to perform. The line up includes Manjot Dhillon, John Bendi, Geeta Zaildar, Aarsh Benipal and Karn Sekhon.
Tickets to Vaisakhi Mela 2022 are $50 for golden tickets and $25 for silver tickets. They are available at Swing Optical Mission.
