Fraser Valley Blues Society announces lineup

Music at Eagles Lounge in Abbotsford and The Stage in Mission

The Fraser Valley Blues Society has announced its lineup of concerts and jam sessions for its 2015/16 season.

Venues include the Eagles Lounge (33868 Essendene Ave.) in Abbotsford and The Stage (32998 First Ave. in Mission). Both venues are licensed.

Uncle Wiggly’s Hot Shoes Blues Band kicks off the season at The Stage on Saturday, Sept. 26.

Deception performs at the Eagles Lounge on Oct. 24, followed by the Jason Buie Band on Nov. 21, Heat! on Jan. 23 and Nigel Mack’s Triple Threat on March 19.

Monthly blues jam sessions continue at the Eagles Lounge on Fridays, starting Sept. 18. Jam sessions are free-admission events for musicians and audience.
