Magical Christmas banquet coming to Mission

The Fraser Valley Magic Circle hosts its Christmas banquet this Saturday.

Back by popular demand, the Fraser Valley Magic Circle is performing once again in Mission.

This Saturday, Nov. 16, the FVMC will be hosting their annual Christmas banquet at the Abbotsford Curling Rink.

Headliner magician Farrell Dillon will bring his classic blend of magic, comedy, skill and illusion for a show over a full holiday dinner. Dillon’s recognition has been growing rapidly, and he has performed for hundreds of thousands of people all over the world. He is also a cast member of the international tour The Masters of Illusion Live and has appeared on Masters of Illusion T.V. programs.

The event starts at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 16. Tickets are $40.

For magicians only, Dillon will lead a lecture starting at 2:30 p.m. that same day. The lecture is $25.

Also, on Monday, Nov. 18, the monthly show, Third Monday Magic, will return to the Opening Nite Theatre in Mission. The theme will be Magic of the Mind, with magician Lon Mandrake.

Showtime is 7 p.m. and tickets are $10.
