Neil Simon’s only farce, Rumors, comes to life at Theatre in the Country from Sept. 6 to 22.

Featured in the production is Mission’s Rachel Stephens who joins the formal dinner party that goes awry.

The dinner party, in New York, is meant to honour a prominent politician but everything that can go wrong does go wrong. And explanations only make each situation worse.

Theatre in the Country has moved from its original home in Whonnock to a venue in Langley that allows it to double its capacity.
