Hatzic Middle School’s musical theatre department is presenting Shrek: The Musical JR (The Virtual Edition) on May 19, 20 and 21.
Based on the beloved first film of the Shrek franchise, comes a musical that has been a year and a half in the making.
After shutting down production last year and without the ability to perform live, the show was instead rebooted and filmed like a movie and will be able to be enjoyed by your family in the comfort of your own living room.
The students, teachers, and parent volunteers worked tirelessly over the last year to create a show that is described as vibrant, joyful, filled with talent, and highly entertaining to watch; a much needed pick me up in these tough Covid times.

All tickets must be purchased by 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19.
Once a ticket has been purchased, the link to the show will be sent on the day of the event just prior to showtime. Links will be active from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on each show night. More information can be found in the ticket purchase link above.
