Mission’s Opening Nite Theatre is presenting the play Garage Sale.
Phil, a middle-aged father, is frustrated with the direction his life has taken. He has a plan, though – sell everything and move his wife and two teenagers to the desert. He has, unfortunately, neglected to mention this to his family. Through their discovery of the true reason of the garage sale and the strange collection of characters that attend, the audience will get a day-in-the-life comedy and some surprising resolutions.
The play runs Oct. 23 to Nov. 8 every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. (There will be no show on Saturday, Oct. 31.) The location is 33223-33227 North Railway Ave. in Mission.
