17th annual Mission Optimist Amateur Talent Show was a big success on Saturday night at the Clarke Theatre.

The 17th annual Mission Optimist Amateur Talent Show was a big success on Saturday night at the Clarke Theatre.

There were 24 acts, consisting of 28 young local performers ranging in age from six to 18, who showcased their amazing talents during the popular show.

The judges had a difficult decision, but in the end the winners were:


Juniors (age six to 12)

1st – Eshan Sobtl

2nd – Eden Cummings

3rd – Mackenna Kerr

Honourable Mention – Kamryn Ferguson and Mateaya Trellert


Seniors (age 13-18)

1st – Rebecca Sichon

2nd – Sky Pichota

3rd – Patience Faber

Honourable Mention – David Wallace
